Franklin is a Certified Public Accountant with extensive exposures on various Accounting disciplines such as Individual and Corporate Taxation, Regulatory Compliances, Financial Management, and Accounting Standards
He is accredited to practice Public Accountancy (External Audit), as a Tax Practitioner by the Bureau of Internal Revenue; and as a Cooperative External Auditor by the Cooperative Development Authority
Franklin finished his degree of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy in 2012. From there, he started acquiring the necessary skills and knowledge that Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises currently need. In his tax experience, he handled several key exposures to several valuable regulations that some of his clients encountered such as Tax Assessments, mitigating problems in Oplan Kandado and other Mission Orders, Exposure to Transfer Pricing Regulations, availing tax incentives to Investment Promotion Agencies such as PEZA and BOI.
Further, he became a key part of consulting other entities primarily in the management of financial operations such as Cash and Working Capital Management, Tax Planning, Process Improvement, and Facilitating Automation of Key Process Points in their Operations; and to keep these business organizations maintaining the best business practices.
Franklin is widely adept in the Service Industry, Retail Merchandising, Food Retailing, Semiconductors and Other Production Industries, Technology Products, and Individual Tax Management and Compliance.
Currently, Franklin is now starting to help various Cooperatives in the Philippines in the need to improve their Financial Reporting and Processes.
